Brief

The client needed a workshop that could handle messier fabrication while still hosting small reviews and gatherings. We separated “clean” and “dirty” zones with a long service spine.

Material

Brick provides thermal mass and durability. Skylights are tuned to avoid glare on work surfaces, and operable vents support cross-ventilation.
